Refund and Cancellation Policy


At Calyx Nails, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

  • Returns
  • We do not offer returns once a product is delivered, regardless of condition, usage, or reason.
     This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product, quantity, or shade
  • Sensitivity or allergic reactions
  • Product not meeting personal expectations
  • Delayed shipments due to courier or customs
  • Products purchased during a sale or promotional event

 

All items sold on www.calyxnails.in are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  2. Damages and Issues
  3. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@calyxnails.in.
  4. To be eligible for review:
  5. You must provide an unboxing video (continuous and unedited from package opening to product inspection)
  6. Include clear photographs of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label
  7. Without a valid unboxing video and supporting images, no claims will be accepted.
  8. If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement of the same product only, subject to stock availability. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstance.
  9. Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to the cosmetic and hygienic nature of our products, all Calyx Nails products are non-returnable. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Gels, acrylic powders, liquids, primers, top/base coats

  • Tools and accessories used for nail art or enhancements

  • Kits or bundled products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

 

  1. We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, you may place a new order independently.
  2. Order Cancellations
  3. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. All purchases are final. Please double-check your order details before confirming payment.
